Grand Tour to Our Beautiful Jordan

Let us welcome you to a safe haven in a region of conflict; Jordan has delighted visitors for centuries with its World Heritage Sites, friendly towns and inspiring desert landscapes. There is literally an incredible amount of history, delicious food and a heap of an amazing culture to absorb. There really are so many of the best places in Jordan that are dotted all across the country. 
 Start the trip with the capital “Amman” its one of the easiest cities in which to enjoy the Middle East experience, the downtown is a must-see, at the bottom of the city’s many hills and overlooked by the magisterial Citadel, it features spectacular Roman ruins, and the hubbub of mosques, souqs and coffeehouses that are central to Jordanian life.   
A visit to Jerash with its interesting Roman site, and a major tourist drawcard. Its imposing ceremonial gates, temples and theatres all speak to the time when this was an important imperial centre. A short journey northwest from Jerash, through a beautiful pine-forest and olive groves, brings you to the town of Ajloun, , where you will find the Castle of Ajloun.   
Say hi to the lowest point on earth “Dead Sea”, without a doubt the world's most amazing place, the Jordan Valley is a dramatic, beautiful landscape, which at the Dead Sea, is over 400m (1,312 ft.) below sea level, this vast stretch of water receives a number of incoming rivers, including the River Jordan, visit the Baptism Site of Jesus, located on the east bank of the River Jordan about 8km north of the Dead Sea shore. 
Visit the Red Rose City “Petra”, the world wonder, is without a doubt Jordan's most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction.
Witness the best sunset at Wadi Rum, also known as ‘The Valley of the Moon’, it features dramatic sandstone mountains to grant you an excellent desert experience.  End your vacation at the Jewel of Red Sea…Aqaba is a warm, sunny and inviting coastal city fringed with palm trees, offering Snorkeling, water skiing, wind surfing, para-sailing, fishing and scuba diving activities.

Tour Details

Day 1: Arrival to Queen Alia Airport, transfer to your hotel in Amman.
Day 2: An city tour to Amman exploring the vibrant downtown area, the Citadel offering panoramic views to the city and Roman Theatre, then proceed to King Abdullah Mosque.
Day 3: Head to the north towards Jerash visiting the Temple of Zeus, the north and south Theaters, then proceed to Qala’at el-Rabbad in Ajloun, a medieval fortress built during Ayyubid dynasty..Continue to Umm Qais, another beautiful Roman City, then back to your hotel in Amman.
Day 4: A full day dedicated to the east to visit the Desert Castles “Qasr el-Kharaneh, Qasr Amra and Qasr  el-Azraq.
Day 5: Drive to The Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, and pamper yourself by experiencing floating in the salty waters of the Dead Sea.
Day 6: Free day at leisure at Dead Sea. Optional: morning excursion to Bethany the Baptism Site where John the Baptist met & baptized Jesus Christ.
Day 7: Drive to Petra, en route stop at Mount Nebo and visit Moses Church. Proceed to Madaba, the home of the most famous Byzantine mosaics, then continue to Kerak, visit its imposing Crusader Castle, then head to Petra, check in and overnight.
Day 8: A full day dedicated to the exploration of the breathtaking Nabatean city of Petra starting by the Obelisk Tomb and then proceeding through the Siq –the narrow gorge that leads to Petra’s most impressive monument, the Treasury. Then on to the Street of Facades, the Theatre, the Royal Tombs, the Colonnaded Street, the Byzantine Church, the Temple, the Monumental Arch, Qasr el-Bint Faroun & finally climb up to the gigantic 1st century AD monument of the Monastery for those who wish ( with the guide ). Dinner and overnight in Petra.
Day 9: Drive to Wadi Rum, embark on a two hour excursion by Bedouin four-wheel drive vehicles through the desert enjoying the different rock formations & sand dunes. Then proceed to Aqaba, check in and overnight.
Day 10: A full day dedicated to enjoy swimming at the marvelous waves of Aqaba.
Day 11: Drive to Queen Alia International Airport for your departure flight going back home. Unless considering travel back from Aqaba Airport.
