The Customer is responsible for his / her financial activities.

The Customer guarantees that the information entered by him / her on this link is accurate.

Refund Policy

This service is nonrefundable, so please check the amount entered before completing the transaction. 

Cancellation Policy

Before completing the payment process, the customer have to make sure he reads all booking terms and conditions for changes and cancelations penalties “if possible” to agree on them accordingly.

Delivery Policy

We don’t offer an official delivery service as all travel documents can be sent by email.
